You sold me two but none of them work, mine were GDH88 Panasonic. Got software and everything hook up on the comp everything work except for the phone and the cable don't comunicate.

What program you using :

Ok this is how you do it, firstly when you have installed the driver program on your computer, go to the control panel, click on the system and then click on device manager.

In device manager go down to the com ports click on trhe little + sign next to it,

it should show some listings.

You are looking for (prolific usb to serial) it should have a com port next to it e.g. (com 4).

Then you must remeber this com port because all computers are different, go to your program and put this com port in the program, as the programs are usually preset to com1 or 2

yeah mine didnt work for the siemens either, baught an original one and worked fine, ill try it on another computer...

Im sure they are fine mayb just my puter
