R34 Gtt Engine Cutting

Hi all,

I have an R34 GTT and then engine dies after first start and will stay on after second attempt.

This seems to only be when it is cold as after i have warmed it up i am able to start and stop no problem.

I thought initially this was caused by a turbo leak (the gasket had blown) and have since replaced and tightened the turbo with a genuine nissan gasket.

Even though the car is running nice i still have the issue where it is cutting on first start.

I have never had the problem before, i have changed the oil to ensure there was no problem there, Recently Tuned and Dyno'd (after the problem started).

What else could i check?

how long does it idle initially before it dies? does it idle erratically? what fuel system do you have set up? standard reg?

Hi,

It idles for not long, couple of seconds, doesn't like being rev'd just dies pretty quick, (second attempt has no problems staying idle)...

Everything is Stock except for; FMIC and BOV
