The ethanol content can vary, but it barely affects afr's. If you were worried you could just fatten up the maps a little. I run United e85 and can fill on eflex in a pinch with no problems, just tune for the highest ethanol content you can.

That said, the Haltech ethanol content sensor is only $200, plus whatever your tuner wants to install and tune it.

Latest update here is that the car is now going to be a dedicated track car. I've decided I'm going to run my current setup until I get acclimatised to circuit driving and then start chasing power.

However as far as engine safety is concerned, I am still running standard injectors, and have boost set at about 15psi (around 230kw I think?). Are the standard injectors a danger here?

Also I don't have a surge tank. Is that a big concern at that power level?

When it comes to tuning the car, it looks like I will definitely go down the E85 route. However would there be any benefit of switching to -5's? I understand they are more laggy but would that not matter when I'm into the revs on the track? What about a single turbo? What is generally the best turbo(s) for track work?
