R34 Gtt Slotted Rotors

I bought slotted rotors and new brake pads for my R34 GTT. Trouble is, I cant remove the original rotors. No matter what I do, they seem like they are stuck there.

I thought the jacking bolts were 8mm, but when I tried with an 8mm its too small for it. Did anyone else have trouble removing the rotors? What can I use to make em come off ?

If the rotors are roo-ted chuck on some safety glasses (important) and use a hammer, beware of flying pieces If you cant fix it with a hammer then i'll be surprised.....

Generous amounts of Yield sprayed around the hub centre and wheel studs will help too.

Hammer did work! A big one.. Used some anti-rusting agent before I put the new ones.

I had to take the bumper off so I can get the car on the drive way lol

Interested in knowing which DBA rotors you purchased and where from/how much etc...

Thinking of buying some myself as im pretty sure there isn't much left of my stock fronts and they might be a worthwhile replacement/improvement

42304XS=cross drilled & slotted

310mm diameter x 30mm thickness

How long did they last you?

Any track day/hard breaking experience on them?

DBA's have great breaking performance

Uh. They were fantastic. Very much better than the OEM disks.

Coupled with various types of better pads, they improved the braking performance out of sight.

I sold this car quite a while ago. Miss it still.
