To make an N/A engine turbo, you need to turbo it. To make an N/A engine twin turbo, you need to turbo it twice.

If you live in QLD you CAN get an exemption with NO reason to drive a FACTORY fitted turbo with a power to weight ratio of less than 125KW/Tonne. Any other state, you CAN'T. So stop asking.
