Help Speedo Is Out

Hi Gus I picked up a r33 gts s2 last week and the speedo is out by 10km so if it says I'm doing 110 I'm really only doing 100 can Any 1 tell me how can I fix this thanks

Do you have bigger than stock wheels ?

I have the same problem it's because my rims are bigger You will need to get it recalibrated

^^^what he said, if you increased your rolling diameter, thats probably whats done it.

i think you guys read his post wrong. his speedo is reading faster than what he is actually doing. putting bigger wheels on makes the speedo read slower.

from stock the speedo will read a bit higher than your actual speed. pretty sure they are required to do this by law.

i wouldn't be too fussed about fixing it. just think of it as your speeding fine insurance. you know that you can sit at, or just above the speed limit without having to worry about getting booked.
