Speedo And Fuel Gauge Problem

hi i got a 1995 r33 gtst

My speedo seems to be stuck on 20 km/h and dosent go past 60 km/h.

And... my fuel gauge seems to be stuck on displaying a full tank.. weird

I'm not very experienced with car electronics, so i thought i'd ask on here so i know what to expect? What could be the cause of the problem? Could it be an easy & cheap fix?

Any help/advice would be great.!

Unlimited fuel with a 60kph limit? I could probably live with that...

if it was just the fuel id say check your fuel sensor but if its both id say buy a new dash cluster...but still could be a combo of speedo cable and float cheaper option being cluster unless your doing the mechanical yourself
