Yer i buy the unflavoured for the missus as she cant stand the faske sweetner aftertaste, TBH i much prefer the unfloavoured as its so much more usable in cooking ect.

Either way, BN are great huh. Support local and its better then all the expensive crap on the market.

unflavoured is best as you can whack it in certain recipes, if you want flavour you can add diet toppings or on post WO just use normal toppings. I mix it in with my bedtime yogurt ect. Not every protein shake has to be a flavour sensation ;)

fair enough, just paid the extra $20 for banana, a bit too sweet but it mixes better than my optimum nutrition, thought i couldn't give it up after 4 years, so glad i decided to bite the bullet and try bulk nutrition

    • Stock ECU has compensation, you won't damage the engine. Personally I recommend getting an acceptable catalytic converter, it doesn't need to be OEM and super expensive but a cheap universal one to keep it from being super obnoxious to be around. Decatted cars smell pretty awful.
    • Correction. Ignition was on before, but I guess the car had to be running for it to work.
    • The stock ECU won't care. The gains from Nistuning the ECU and then "optimising" the fuel and ignition tables will be about 2 more HP.
    • Appreciate the feedback. It is street car, but not a daily. Last week I got a quote from a good exhaust shop for a decat, one which is bolt-on, bolt-off to be easily replaceable. I got quoted for around €150. I usually do push the motor, but I wasn't in this case to make sure that no damage is done until I get the cat sorted. I think it's best to also ask the exhaust shop for the other option and see what they can do. If (big if) I were to decat though, would it be best to tune the car or would the stock ECU handle it? As far as I know, the stock ECU is not tunable and that would require additional purchases.
    • As above, definitely bash it or get it replaced with a high flow unit.
