For those that don't know, to use a ARC twin entry intercooler, the stock BOV return piping needs to be removed.

The previous owner of my car removed the entire stock setup and installed some HKS atmo's. Since that isn't really my thing, i want to go back to the stock setp, but retain the ARC cooler.

What i want to do is create some custom piping back to the intake. I plan to use seperate both BOV using say 10mm ID piping and running past the ARC intake piping (where the red dots are) and joining them up with a Y joint before returning to the stock collection point.

Anyone see any problems with doing this? Will there be problems as the new return piping will have a smaller cross-sectional area then the orginal piping?

I'm pretty sure it will be alright, but just want to make sure :D

I have all the stock piping and the car will be runnning around the 380-400awkw once finished

Cool - i will make the return lines as big as possible, i just said 10mm as an example.

I will be using the stock return inlet. :-)

Good stuff mate, my single return line goes from near the cooler and up into the intake pipe so your idea should be OK, will be awesome to see this on the road

It's going to be a weapon lol.

Yeah use whatever diameter the outlet is from the BOV.

Just use some rubber hose, run it along the bottom of the cooler (cable ties are fine). Connect to the stock recirc point - job done!

Exactly how i planned to do it - Thanks

As long as you're not expecting any serious amount of air to flow through 2x 10mm pipes. You're going to need the same sort of pipe/duct area as the original setup, and you're not going to get it to pass through the little gaps left in the original guard hole. You'lll have to pass them up into the engine bay next to the chassis rail or something similar.
