Best Place To Get An Exedy Clutch Hobart

Hey guys,

Just after some opinions on where the best place is to get an Exedy HD Cushion button clutch for an RB25 in Hobart. Would really like it in hand by mid-week and would like to get a good price on one.

why do you want an Exedy?

Two words. Jim Berry... mine was like $700 and lives the 300rwkw 4th gear limiter dropping dream.

I also had a Jim Berry. Mine was the "full monty" kit. 4000lb+ clamp force and held 400rwkw no problem

It's not in Hobart, but http://www.kudosmotorsports.com is the cheapest place for them. It's where I've bought all of mine from.

Bursons is where I get mine. If they will do a good cash deal or trade price it's almost as good as net prices. I think I have brought 4 off them. Easy to deal with ect. I have also placed orders through exedy australia for custom clamp rates and they ship them off to Bursons for delivery.

Awesome thanks for the replies guys. Jim berry is not really what we want. It is my girlfriends car and although it may have around 300rwkw by the end of the year she drives it quite often daily and with nothing over 12psi and isn't really going to be drifting it.. so we just want to replace what was in it for now i think, thanks for the suggestion though anyway.

How long does it take Jim to get a clutch to your door? I heard he builds them to suit?

Also Damo how long does it normally take bursons to land you one?

My ex drove 300rwkw with a Jim Berry everyday for ages. It was easier to drive than with a nismo twin plate.....

I can't tell you how long they take to get here, GT organised it all for me.

My clutch is really friendly so easy to get on and off the trailer and up my drive and stuff like that, it'd be perfect for a daily. Better than the exedy that came in it!
