Just wondering what the main differences between these two are besides the neo engine.. Which is better performance wise and mod's wise?

Anyway here's the Kw for both of these engines, and the NEO RB25DET is better by far.

R34 GT-turbo

Kw: 206

Torque: 343Nm @ 4000 RPM

R33 GTS-t

Kw: 184

Torque: 294Nm @ 4400 RPM

R33 is cheaper - duh.

The difference is the 34 is 1 better than the 33:P

NEO engine has solid lifters, like the GTRs, and the RB25 from the R33 has hydraulic lifters.

Both engines have VVT - some would say the R34's is better.
