I was once a doc in the Australian Regular Army, "running club" is the fastest fix for midriff weight problems. The major problem with running is the running related injuries. Fat burning from an exercise physiology point of view is beyond 20 minutes. Once you are going longer than 20 minutes you are doing your best fat burning. Don't measure weight, measure midriff.
