123s have good grip but handles shit, the rear of my car is wobbly as!

Im scared to take sharp turns in high speed :/

Soft sidewalls.. anybody know how many ply? Best bang for buck street tyre i have used to date are the federal 595evo's (fantastic in wet!!) and reasonable in dry when warmed. I paid $140/tyre for 225's in 16's. Haven't used them in larger rim profiles though.

These Achilles sound intriguing though.. i'm almost due for a rear pair, might give them a whirl too.

I've got them on my car at the moment (32gtr) and they are awesome value for money.. Surprisingly good grip in the wet! And good dry grip, I got about 8000km out if then but have done 3 track days and STACKS of runs through the mountain (plus had horrible geometry fir the first 6000, over 3 degrees camber and woeful toe misalignment!)

Honestly it's hard to look past them, you will find the naysayers are all people who heard from a friend of a friend... People who have used them though from my observations have really positive feedback and considering you can get 2-3 sets fir the cost of most equivalent turned, I recommend them.
