Masking.

Get under the car and grease the throwout fork where it touches the pivot ball and where it touches the slave pushrod. Then grease the fork boot where it contacts the bellhousing and that should eliminate your problem

What type of grease just the spray stuff"??

HTB is just the normal yellow/orange bearing grease (literally, HTB stands for High Temperature Bearing). Available in tubs or grease gun tubes, etc.

Moly grease is Molybdenum Disulphide grease. That's the black shit often used for suspension bushes and so on. Also available in tubs and tubes.

Spray grease is usually pale yellow/white lithium based grease. Not really useful for much (serious mechanical lubrication) except for door hinges and the like.

Get a tub of it, and with a long screwdriver dab it in there.

I've had a box come in with a squeak where the kid used the spray stuff and covered the pressure plate in the shit so just be careful
