Inspection of ECU chips indicates that it is stock??? Yet has PowerChip Sticker?

Either original chip was flashed and re-soldered back to board to look stock or it is stock and someone likes stickers...

Either way since I'm not sure if this is stock or not I'll drop the price. (Your at the very least still getting a stock ECU cheap )

Its a stock ECU guys board has the conformal coating still, it has not been removed, which would have been required to remove chip. Can post pics if you want. I have no idea why there is a sticker....to confuse people like me trying to sell it maybe, lol ?
