FIRST OF ALL I HAVE SEARCHED AND DID NOT FIND THE ANSWERS I WANTED. THANK YOU.

Now with that out the way i recently decided that i wanted to go single with my GT-R this is something i have always dreamed of. My current setup is capable of 400kw at all four wheels therefore whilst iam going down the single path i want it to be worth the money and time so i want a set-up which will give me 450KW+ on all four wheels which will justify the cash put into the car. I have been doing ALOT of research on turbos and trying to find as much videos on youtube and dyno sheets to do comparisons.

It has come down to these two turbos the HKS T04Z or a Precision 65-66 series turbo. I would prefer to go with a precision serie turbo as it is new tech compared to the old but yet proven T04Z but im not sure on what size i should get..

What i want from the car:

450+ KW on all 4

Car will be a dedicated E85 car

Mid and Top end power: The laggiest id want it to be is MAX 5000rpm (full boost)

Whats on my shopping list:

Powertune Double Fed Fuel Rail

Powertune Twin-In Tank Fuel Set-Up: Including the twin walbro's that come with the package

Powertune FPR

ID 1000cc Injectors

HKS Cam Gears

HKS Step 2 Camshafts: Also again not sure on what lift i should get or if i should get Step 2's at all, the car currently has Step 1's

Greddy Intake Manifold? Do i need it?

Plenum? Go custom or off the shelf ?

4inch Dump-Pipe + 4inch Exhaust

I dont want to go throwing my money down the drain that is why i will greatly appreciate advice cheers.

Straight up I can say you're going to need bigger injectors if you want 450rwkw on E85

He actually wants 450kW @ all 4, not at the rears. So in excess of 500-550kW at the flywheel.

1600cc injectors to be safe?

Greddy Intake Manifold? Do i need it?

Well you know that "plenum" and "intake manifold" are the same part right......so that saved you some money haha. Use the stock plenum though.

You'll need a quality intercooler and good piping if you haven't got one already.

Forget the TO4Z, it's too outdated.

For cams I'd go as close as you can get to 260 degrees and as much lift as possible.

The older HKS cam gears had issues with reliability, so most choose tomei as they just work no questions asked.

Injector Dynamics 2000's, forget 1000's/1600's.

Hope you've got a good engine builder and tuner too! All the best parts in the world won't help if the tuner and builder doesn't know what he/she is doing.

Im more worried about getting the correct turbo + cam setup.

Why MUST it be a single?

It MUST be a single cause it is what ive always wanted. A single turbo GT-R! -5's are great for what they are but i need to go single. It has to be done lol.

The 6766 etc size are all going to make 450kw easy enough going off previous results, but they go on to make much more hp if you aren't afraid to screw boost into them.

I'd go a 6262 or something a tiny bit bigger, twin scroll of course end of the day you could always go for what you think will be good and change easily enough later on. These turbos aren't expensive which is good because you'll always be able to sell what you've got and get a new one for a small changeover cost

If the 6262 gives me 450awkw with ease and close to or if not 500awkw when im pushing it il be happy with that. The builder is Edge motorsports, im not quiet sure what kind of rep he has on here but ive had many dealings with him great service and work. As for the Tuner im getting ETuner to tune my car, i know he has mixed reviews with people but ive watched him tune a few cars spoke to the owners 1-4weeks after the tune and they all seemed happy. If iam not happy with the results i will head down to Status i have been told that Trent is pretty good with GT-R's.

It depends how the dyno is setup, I lost 30kw at least as he set up the correction at .7 for awd and .9 for rear. Makes it hard to judge the gains.

Cihan knows his shit, if you chose the right combination you should be set. ;)

Never heard of those shops, distance would be the reason of course.

How about you wait a bit, DVSJEZ is doing a 6262 currently so wait to see his results and that can help with a bit of a baseline. He is on E85 too.

I purchased my car off a very well known forum member "RBWARE". The car has many quality parts and is basically ready for a single turbo set-up, all it needs is a beefier fuel set-up which i have covered.

I sent DVSJEZ a PM iam awaiting reply from him.
