slowly back at it.

was sitting at approx. 120 around august.

have been walking, training and eating better.

now at approx. 110kg.

have been seeing a personal trainer for about a month, and apparently going well.

 

not trying to diet, trying to make life changes.

Life changes are way easier than a diet. 
10kg is a great achievement!

Personally, i have found it easier to get up an hour earlier and go for a walk rather than after work, i'm full of CBF's after work

haha ill see how i go when it starts to cool down, my mind set is i need to get up for work anyway and it still will be cold then.....see if it works

have tried, but I'm not a morning person.

I get to work half hour early to keep waking up.

after work, I'm still on the go, so momentum helps.

best feeling on the weekend just passed.

bought a pair of jeans about a year ago that were super tight, thought I'd fit them one day.

Sunday was that day!
