hey fellas great review on this. dont get ripped of paying 80+ bucks plus for an Australian made model.

this works perfect, and helped me out alot.

to say that people are getting ripped off paying $80 for an aussie made product is wrong. that's like saying that anyone who employs an australian worker is getting ripped off paying their employee $16 an hour when in china you can get people who work for $1.

on a lighter note, it looks like an ok unit.

Did it come with any software like Nissan DataScan or ECUTalk ...?

i honestly cant remember but ecu talk is free anyway, thats what i use. used this on a few peoples cars its showed up a few problems, def worth what i paid!

Well mine arrived today, and no software was included, just the device and a 1m USB to mini cable.

One issue I did have was when the device was connected, the car lost Hicas and Power steering. I switched off ignition and removed the device and restarted the car and Hicas and power steering returned to normal. Got home and tried to replicate the problem, and as soon as the engine is started with the device connected the problem returns.The fault is occurring whether connected to a computer or not, so I can rule out any software or driver issue.

A shame really as the price seemed right and the unit itself is compact and robust, and all other functions worked fine using ECUTalk v1.3.5 I'll contact the seller and see what he says, at this stage I would be happy with a refund and put that to a PLMS product.
