Needing Some Advise On These Turbo's

Hey all,

Iv got an R33 that's pretty much stock, and I'm looking to set it up with running a external Gate and Bigger Turbo.

Iv found these on Ebay, but not too sure if its worth the money and what one out of the two would be better.

Option 1,

Also with an internal gate can you still run a screamer pipe or is a screamer pipe only able to be run if you got an external gate?

What power you aiming for? I got a friend running a 35r on an rb25, standard internally, standard cams, 740cc's bigger fuel pump, Z32 and a decent tune. Makes just short of 500hp.
