Alright, I've dropped my car off to the mechanic who was confident he could do two things for me:

1.) Make my interior light turn on when doors open

2.) Make my indicators blink wit the factory central locking

The 3rd was an added bonus, but didn't know if they could do it...

3.) Get the boost and torque gauges to register

So it appears he can't do it and can't find diagrams anywhere to fix it.

Any helps or tips with any or all of the above 3 requests??

actually, found these diagrams but not sure if they're right...

Anyone figure out how to fix this??

My lights work when manual pushed on, but not when I open the doors... They;re meant to turn on, right??

The lights are meant to turn on when you unlock the doors, stay on when you open the doors and close the doors and go out when you start the engine. Experiment with different positions of the switch to make sure you have that right.

Thanks mate.

Would it be easier to give to an auto electrician?? I'm not sure what I need to play with :(

At this point I am just talking about the switch on the main light in the middle of the roof (and assuming that S1 and S2 are the same in this regard) -

The switch has three positions: "on" "off" and a central position represented by a dot - all the automatic functions (on mine anyway) work with the switch in this central position.

So it's just that internal light in the middle of the car, not the ones also above the centre console?? I thought all lights would turn on...

I'll play around with the central light between the two sunroofs this weekend...
