xntrq
I'm looking to fix up a few stone chips in my windscreen, got quoted $160 for a few dings by O'Brien lol. Has anyone used any stuff that's good for filling in chips and scratches (wiper track)? I'm thinking of getting this kit from SCA: http://www.supercheapauto.com.au/online-store/products/Permatex-Windshield-Repair-Kit.aspx?pid=129951#Description Feedbacks on the Permatex and other suggested products would be greatly appreciated. Also photos of before/after if anyone has any. Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/406344-windscreen-glass-repair-kits/ Share on other sites

port3s
How many chips do you have? And how big/deep are they? Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/406344-windscreen-glass-repair-kits/#findComment-6474641 Share on other sites
xntrq
They are no more than 1mm x 1mm. Literally small specs of sand. But I'm an anal perfectionist so yeah Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/406344-windscreen-glass-repair-kits/#findComment-6474682 Share on other sites

iwanta34gtr
I've used Novus auto glass a few times now with my other cars and believe they are very well priced compared to O'Brien. iwanta34gtr
It was approx 70 from memory. But your best off going to their website, getting the number for your area and giving them a call for an accurate quote. Hope this helps.
