Stagea Tv Screen And Engine Check Light Issue

Hi,

I've got my eye on a M35 Stagea, however there are a couple of issues that I would like to know prior to purchase.

The guy (importer) has told me that the screens are disconnected for compliance, and will require to be plugged back in - is this true?

Also, the engine check light was on and I was told that it is due to needing new spark plugs - is this also true?

I just would like to be sure before I hand over the cash!!

don't buy any car with the check engine light on. spark plugs or not, the dealer should fix it first....

Pretty sure we don't have an error code for 'replace spark plugs' - I'd definitely be insisting they fix the fault.

And IF the screen was disconnected for compliance (??), and it is now complied, then get him to plug it back in again.

It all sounds like a bit of a story to me.

Yeah, clean looking car.... But sounds like they've had the dash apart trying to sort the check engine light ( knock out screen in the process)

Next time no check engine
