Lights Won't Turn Off - Urgent

Hey, there seems to be something wrong with my car, the head lights beam and tail lights won't turn off, any clue? It's the lower lights at the bottom, the low beam turns off and high beams work but there's another light that's not going off

Even the lights on the console won't turn off

Separate fog light switch/button?

Must of switched it on accidentally, was in a bad mood today haha
