I have been down this path and I also did not want to get ripped off by nissan.

I was able to obtain three boots that had the exacty same dimensions as the factory boots for about $15 each but there was one that I had to go to Nissan for and it cost me about $80 for that one.

It was a few years ago now and I no longer have the part number info to help you with but shop around and you can find them. Good luck.
