On a more serious note, 20psi would probably be the upper limit. Having said that though, there is a few who have run higher with the stock gear and it's fine.

All depends how safe you want it to be really.

i wouldnt be worried about head gasket or headbolts if the bottom end is stock also. ive known of people running up to 20-25 psi on stock motors but i wouldnt bet on it lasting too long.
