I've got a s1.5 r33

FMIC

3" exhaust stock dump pipe an centre cat

Pod filter

Greddy PRofec B spec-II

Having trouble keeping boost I only wanna run 10psi safely as it's my daily

If I get an R32 actuator with my current mods it will boost higher then 10psi

Should I jus keep the stock actuator an get my ebc tuned by a pro

I feel it come on boost but not as hard as I thought it should

Any other options any1 can think of

Any1 around that can tune my ebc awesome only running the stock ecu aswell

Cheers Michael

hmmm....others will prob say otherwise....but on my car...with a hiflow turbo, stock ecu, fmic, exhaust cam retarded, full 3in exhaust, no boost controller just r32 10psi actuator, it would make pretty much.....10psi......

however, boost does come on much better with an electronic boost controller.

Plumb a pneumatic relief valve in the line from compressor outlet to wastegate. Set to about 7-8 psi so it won't open until then (which you by winding the setting up until it just starts to overboost then back off a touch) and you will have an instant anti-creep system installed.

    • Just something I found searching for more info on Emotion R, apparently the ECR33 Skyline GTS25t was either originally black, or there were two of them, the black one being the original demo car, then building a white one which was part of the 1997-onwards (to at least 2008!) Cockpit Tatebayashi Tokyo Auto Salon booth demo cars. It appears that Emotion R closed down in 2008 and was declared bankrupt in 2010: http://bank-db.com/hasan/208365.
