Cruise down and accomodation details for May 16/17

With the big weekend coming up, we need to organise when we are meeting up on Sunday morning to cruise down to Goulburn. Had a very quick talk with Carlo/John this weekend and it's all thumbs up.

Also perhaps some idea of accomodation at the motels down in Goulburn for people staying over?

I had a talk with Goulburn Police for this weekend (don't ask!) and they'll leave us alone as long as we don't circle work or anything like that

Tony, heading down to both but only to spectate unfortunately I'm leaving Sydney 9am sunday so won't be down there till 11am. Anyone else coming down at that time, we can meet at the BP/Burger King on King Georges Rd for a *prompt* 9am departure.

As for accomodation I think Carlo may be working something out?

Carlo was kind enough to organise accomodation for me for Sunday night at the Pelican Sheep Station. Best to give them a call and ask them what's available

You will need to fill out the relevant forms available from www.nismo.com.au on the front page and fax them to Unique.

This is a Unique Autosports track day, many of us are racing and meeting before hand for the drive to wakefield.

Just so people know, this cruise is for spectators of the Unique Autosports Trackday.

The driver briefing is at 9:40am so those of you driving on the track will need to be @ wakefield ALOT earlier than us spectators will get there.

I personally am not sure if you can turn up whenever and still drive at this day so it would be adviseable to ring UAS on (02) 9634 8000 to find out.

Ohh just found this thread..

I am heading to canberra on Saturday so its easier for me to get to Goulburn early on Sunday morning for the Unique Trackday. Then on Sunday night I am staying at the pelican sheep station near wakefield park for the zigzig trackday on the 17th.

Whilst all the cabins I booked for sunday night are full they have extra cabins available so just give them a call.
