I don't think the factory gauge is much chop BUT even if it's half accurate I find the temp goes up after some spirited driving, this was the same at 200kw, 250kw and now at 360kw (although it hasn't had a good run at this power yet)...

I will be going a bigger Radiator and Engine oil cooler when I start tracking the car a bit more.... Possibly a steer cooler too :)

Hook up a decent gauge and keep an eye on the temp, cars react differently in different conditions so you'll soon know if its good or bad...... Ill still fit one eventually when i can afford too.

I will only track it once maybe and then a few drift days so prob wont worry about getting one. It has gauges but they aren't hooked up.

answered you own question there. Get one!!!!

Engines are designed from factory to run at an optimum oil temp. Increased power means more heat, so more oil temp.

Personally, I run an oil cooler on EVERY modified car I own and have ever owned. Better to be safe than sorry

I saw them on Facebook cheap the other night, Cartel or GKTech? Cant remember which one it was but they looksk alright for the price.... Most places have them, JJAp etc

Cartel does very good priced kits. I got this one recently really good quality piece of kit:

I would add him on facebook cause he did post up a cheaper relocation oil cooler kit than the one on the page just recently. I didn't want relocation but did want a thermostat so I went with that kit
