Alloy Bonnet R33 Gtst

OK- So its come to my attension that there is NOTHING of the shelf for a R33 GTSt in alloy.

Nor can i find a Plain, Non vented, Carbon bonnet.

My challange to you-

Make me a Alloy bonnet to fit my GTST R33

Why do you want alloy?

There is very little to no demand for after market alloy bonnets that's why you won't find one.

The only way you'll get one is to have it made.

I've got a pannel worker that does alot of alloy pannel work on supercars but it will cost a fortune to have a one off bonnet done

His work is very good the guards I got for a VY taxi last week are perfect but cost $1700.

He did a boot lid for an r34 on one of my customers circuit cars which ran close to $2800.

trying my hardest to avoid CF and fiber glass for defect reasons, Stock 32 gtr, not sure bout 33 and 34 come with stock alloy bonnet, and its so dam light and since they come factory makes sense to use the same

Good option, The ADR approved ones are made a little diff, So in the event of if getting crushed its not goign to splinter and profect shard everywere,

Not sure if thats really what happens, But doing so reading seemt to be the case. Dont think insuance company is going to like that one.

Hence why i think fire and theft if the go. Going to be paying premuims out my arse then time to make a claim they wont touch it. But thats another issue.

Firstly not spending more then $500 on a bonnet- Otherwise it can stay stock.

Also, Assuming your paying for full comp? In the event of an accident, Think you will be covered? im sure theres a few things that you would have on your car thats gives insurance company every right to not pay you a cent

From everything I've seen, Insurance can only decline a claim on illegally modified parts if the illegal part can be proven to be the cause of the accident.
