My personal opinion is that Gregg is the best powerlifter in Australia.

For my opinion to become fact, he is going to have to kill it at Nats and hit his PB's because Ricky is shooting for 880kg in the 110's, and Nathan is somewhere around there as well

Gregg started lifting at 13 years old, he benched 140kg at 14 in a bench shirt. He is clearly a freak with incredible genetics for this sport, i.e. A high number of fast twitch fibres

Dan has picked a good weight division

my old man told me today I should drop 10kg and lift in the 82's... don't blame him, he's old... might be going a bit senile lol

maybe if I chop one of my legs off... do you need two legs to squat?

I think his program next week calls for 215kg or 220kg for a single. Going into this training cycle his PB was 200kg x 2.

I think squats are 310kg x 5 with wraps this week.

Greggs wearing a SlingShot in that vid, it works a little like a bench shirt.

He did 220kg x 4 in it, but can only bench 205kg without one.

We use SlingShots for overload work
