Weird Noise On Downshift

So today when driving my 33 gtst I noticed that when changing down gears to go round a corner, just as I let the clutch out something makes a screechy high pitched noise as it grabs. I was changing from 4th to second and the rom when it grabbed second would have been about 3k. Tried changing down to 3rd going 60km and got the same sound.

Only seems to happen with a bit of load, so going from 3rd to 2nd at like 35km/h is quiet.

Doesn't make any sound changing up gears.

The clutch is a Jim berry full Monty.

The only other odd sound I get from the gearbox/clutch is when trying to accelerate in too high of a gear it makes a whinny sort of sound til the revs pick up. It has done that ever since the Jim berry clutch went in early this year.

So just wondering what could be causing the noise/ is it a major issue?

I was thinking it might be because im lazy and i was not rev matching when down shifting, but it has never made that sound before regardless of that.
