Nx1600 Cluster

I've looked around and I'm not too clear on the answer here and i'm wondering if anyone has tried it yet?

First of all I have a RB25DET conversion in my A31 and my speedo cable is missing the end that plugs in to the sensor.

I have the Navara conversion to make everything work so my idea was to go back to an electrical sensor that the gearbox originally came with and use the NX1600 digital cluster.

I'm wondering if anyone has tried it yet and if you guys think it might be possible before i go out and spend money on this idea.

I've read that the S13 and R32 tachs have been done and this mod is popular with Silvias.

So I'm guessing it can be done but I'm also running a Power FC + a R33 harness,+ with the missing speedo cable and I'm the only legal a31 here in California so.... with all this combined I'm kinda by myself researching this.

So i'm looking for a simple yes or no before I go ahead and try this.

And if anyone has a link to a write up or any input on this it would help.
