yeah man there is a car import joint in dandenong on plunkett Rd (turn left off princess HWY and its the import joint on your right, you cant miss it heaps of imports in the front yard) when i purchased my car from him i saw heaps of wheels and mags just laying around im guessing he uses some of the stags he imports as parts only vehicles for compliance etc. best to go round there in person I dont think he would be super usefull over the phone. Cash is his game so make sure you take some pineapples.
