I'm not sure of anyone who does a specific kit, but I'm in the process of putting together a kit consisting of BN sports full kit, widened front guards (+30) and wide rear fenders.

Also in the photo section there is a full thread on widebody lines! ;)

Yeah I love the look of them, i know it's not everyone's cup of tea but I love the fatness of them. Mixed with the right ride height and offset and they transform the 33 into a sexy beat. Really gives it a drift look if you ask me.

Have you been looking at fenders yourself?

sorry but +30mm does not equal wide body, just makes it look like a gtr.

if you want wide body on a r33 u either need to track down a wise sports kit (near on impossible) or get custom made.

im sick of people posting up wide body photos when u only have 20 or 30 mm wide guards, you have only entered into the norm of r33 gtr's

Yeah I get what you're saying. I wasn't actually trying to say that +30 is widebody at all, but I could see how it comes across that way. But I guess it's all relative anyway.

^^^^^^^ this is exactly what i mean by wide body, 1st pic is the wise sports kit.

the wide gaurds u are looking at are not realy wider, there is only a small portion of the guard that is actually wider and its mainly just a section around the lip

if you have some cash, go n buy the veilside wide front and rear guards made for r33 gtr's get them put on n get some custom made side skirts, but what ever u do dont get a veilside front bar, rear bar or skirts.

there is a set on ebay atm $560 for front and rear guards

Yeah well sort of... I currently have i think the origin or m sports frp front guards on my gtst and have just installed 18x 9.5+12 advan tcii wheels with 265 tyres...

The wheel and tyres sit in line with the outer edge of the guard which concerns me as the car will be used for circuit racing so i think i require new / wider guards again to gain some clearance... other wise i may just have to get the wheels machined slightly...

    • Hope your all having a mean Xmas! If anyone happens to know any trick to using the insanely complex climate control system, I cannot get it to not be on dual zone no matter how many times I deselect it (will say it's not but both vents blow different temps). Also one side is always hot, one always cold 🤷
    • I'd be looking at the mentioned EFR kit, room to turn it up if decide on e85 (which we know you will) and be super responsive and fun on the street. • Nah nah nah nah. Don't do it. It's not all about the full throttle power delivery. The main "street fun" and drivability gains from smaller rear (in this case) is how you will have boost available from a low rpm when yo just roll onto the throttle. Think jinking in and out of traffic, coming out of roundabouts, etc etc, where you just want to roll onto the throttle a little and have the spooly noise from ~2000rpm and a swell of torque. More of what you've already achieved by going to 2.5. And then, towards the tail end of 2025 you can pull the turbo 4 out and put in a V8 like we originally suggested. :P
