A Quick Question :)

hey guys,

i think my turbo is blown, bene like this for a while now as ive had no money to replace it. its come time to get a new one now as ive got the cash, but lately ive noticed that the oil pressure is low and the car conks out at the lights sometimes because of it. if i rev it under 2 grand it most likely will crack it and sometimes stall. when i rev it past 2g it keeps pressure up enough to keep the car normal. on the dash ive got a oil pressure gauge, the stock one on the GTR cluster and it says its below the 1/4 way mark, ive never seen it that low.

my question is, can this be because of my blown turbo? its ever only started doing it since my turbo cracked it..

so do you have a gtr or gtst?

blowing a turbo can result in ceramic fragments getting sucked in by the engine. bad jew jew.

It could. Depending whether the engine inhaled some turbo

The engine won't stall just because of low oil pressure.

it sometimes stalls not all the time, and when it does i notice oil pressure drop. its a gts-t

when i first start the car in the morning to go to work its fine, oil pressure is wonderful and everything is good, this only happens if i turn the car off, come back in half an hour and start it up and drive it again. basically when the engine is warm
