I'd keep the Mines ECU over the standard ECU any second of the day!!

Remember Mines are preloaded mild tunes on it already, pretty sure that if you stick the standard ECU back in with those mods, your going to be running rich.. and retarded.

So if its running fine.. 16-16 pound all day everyday... leave it!!

The OP posted supporting mods, intercooler, pipe work, exhaust. Nothing the stock ECU can't handle. GTR ECUs don't do R&R when you wind up the boost (will run rich beyond 16psi, not that you want to run 16psi or higher on stock turbos anyway).

Well, yeah. But the air starts to get hot and the backpressure in the exhaust manifold starts to get high, and all things considered you really shouldn't try to run right on the ragged edge of what is possible if you want it to not leave you stranded some Saturday night at 3AM.
