R34 Buttons Next To Headlight Tilt?

Hi guys,

I have a 1998 R34. The button that controls the headlight tilt is all fine, however there is one right next to it, on the left. I think the actual button appears broken on mine though.

It seems to be a toggle switch which I can click from left to right. Does anyone know what this does? Could someone please let me know all the buttons that should be down in that area of the car below the steering wheel and what they do?

I'm not in front of mine right now but fairly sure that switch toggles the interior lighting on and off, independently of your Park Lights/Head Lights.

After looking at the picture on it, it may function as the fog light switch in models that have fog lights installed.
