Hey,

Ive gotta service my car again pretty soon , and in this service i think i should change my spark plugs as im having some starting problems.

just wondering what i should be looking for when choosing the best plug for my car?

also whiile were on the topic, diff oil...

whats the deal with that and should i replace that?

My advice is to run the cheap ass copper plugs, and gap them to 0.8mm like people have said. I have a friend that has always run copper plugs in his RB20DET that he uses for track work, and he swears by them. I think the issue with the other plugs is due to heat ranges or something.

people - redline oil is race oil. designed to take a good hard flogging, but only for a short period of time. It has a short lifespan and it's not really suitable for street use imho. Its good if youve got a track car and dump the oil after every meet.
