Bag of natural or flavoured WPC, $20 from bulk nutirents. + your prefered carb source and flavourings, i do them at 30g protien per bar, Which make about 26 bars in total. Works out about 70c per bar.

And if you wanna get real trickey, Get a bag of casien protien for that slow release night time bar Not to mention the amazing FLUFF that can be made.

James, if youre after low carb protein bars that taste really good, the best I have tasted/sold are the Next Gen ones, around 2gm carbs with 18gm protein 55gm bar

The new protein balls are the balls, cherry flavour is superb, I cant keep enough of this product in stock

The mint flavoured balls have 1gm carb per 60gms
