Wtf Plug Plix Help?

Ok so,

I got this Blue plug.. No idea where it goes. im totally stumped on it at the moment. thought it was for the upper wiring that connects to coil packs, but thats purple and brown for the acc valve etc..

Plix help!

should mention its a R33, GTST 30/25 conversion *headslap*

Should go on back of air regulator or whatever it's called. It is the square looking thing with green sticker on it just above and to the right of the plug.

Don't know what the setup is with the 30/25 though.

That air regulator is also missing a hose which goes back to idle control on back of factory intake manifold.
