Hey all

Looking to upgrade my cat on the 33 gtr.

Have an old nismo front pipe and a tomei extreme ti cat back.

I have 350kws now but expect to push below 400kws .

I don't want to run a de cat but don't want a restriction either.

What would you recommend for these power levels?

Would my linked cat be ok?

Nismo front pipe might be a bit small as well.....

You'd want something like a twin 3 into 3.5inch outlet front pipe.

Exactly.

A 3" CAT as linked is simply not big enough... For 400rwkw you are really going to be pushing shit up a hill to have a single exhaust that has a CAT, and does not have a restriction.

You should be looking at 4" cats.

the inlet and outlet still would have to be 3.5 inch to fit up to the front pipe and cat back? that one is 4inch body tho

I have a 500 series myself (5" body with 3.5" ends)

I have a 5" body with 3" flanges venom cat on my car, George was awesome to deal with, had it to me in Sydney the next day.

get a couple of Sureflo 100cpi cats, cheap and well made.
