I did a similar conversion on my R32 Skyline, and all up it was around $10,000 for me too.

That included:

Complete Series 2 RB25DET (with loom & computer)

R34 Intercooler

CES Twin dump pipe

STR Adjustable Exhaust Cam wheel

Extreme Clutch & lightened flywheel

5 stud conversion

New 17" Rims & Tyres

R33 Brakes

LSD Diff

Apexi Pod

GReddy Turbo timer

Boost gauge

+ Labour

A fair amount of money, but well worth it

My car's an R32, you can't buy one with a RB25DET... Plus, I owe nothing on it, and I've had it for 4 years - so I'm a little attached to it.

My car cost me $6000 Aus, when I bought it in NZ 4 years ago... So it's not too bad

same, car cost me nothing, didnt owe anything on it, sentimental value was super high, well worth it for me

this is justn a price list as everyone keeps on asking the same thing about converting or bolting a turbo on. this is to either give people an idea, or scare them away from doing it, because its not cheap so it helps them plan out what they really want to do and if its worth it to them or nots

so insted of just getting a gts-t engine, would it have been possible to get like a gtr engine? caus the price is only like 3000 more?!?!

well im pretty sure this list is good for whatever engine in the rb range (maybe even like a ca18 -> sr20 swap or something) so i'd say yeah it will pretty much suit
