i have a hks bov on my intercooler pipes but no standard bov.. it doesnt ever stall but from time to time it back fires a little bit.. I think its because the spring on the afta market bov is too tight.. Anyways mate, if ur not experiencing any backfiring ro stalling issues u shouldn't have anything to worry abt.. btw, is it making the flutter sound?? ie wooott psch psch psch ?!? There's been heaps of threads in the last two weeks abt this issue mate, jus search through the 'forced induction section' and u should find a few links discussing the topics!!

i have a standard bov and hks bov, both running together. didnt seem to have any issues at all.

but the other day when i had my car dyno'd and they told me best to shut off the hks coz the air flow metre didnt like run at its best with the hks.
