1994 Mitsubishi Lancer CC Sports

This has been my work car for a while now, I bought it just to drive to work, It does 95% highway Klms (approx 300klms P/W) I no longer have a need for this car due to a career shift,

It has a new motor with only 32,500klms on it, the clutch was also replaced at this time, As were the CV joints, It has 4 new tyres on 17" mags (done 2,500klms)

I also have lowered King springs for the front (not fitted) but not yet bought the rears, It has rego untill the 13/10/12, Will be paid when due if not sold before hand, I am negotiable to a point due to this

This car has the 4G93 1.8ltr engine, Not the standard 1.5ltr engine as it is the "Sport" model, It is a 5 speed manual, Has a Tacho dash etc,

Drives very well, Pretty powerfull little car for what it is, Super economical, Cost $50 to fill (Premium) would be cheaper with the cheaper fuel but I only use 98 ron, Averages about 500klms on a tank, pretty good considering its about a 30ltr tank,

Has a sports exhaust, It is pretty much as I bought it appart from the work i needed to do to bring it up to RWC standards when I got it

The car is no longer any good to me as I will not be driving it anymore,

Asking $1750 ono May swap/trade/part trade whatever,

Can do a deal with my Van that is also for sale, Cash either way

    • @GTSBoy I found the issue (sort of) when I took apart the bushing again, it was completely dry inside! When I experimented with it, all the grease would push out when I would compress the bushings. I wonder if this has anything to do with me putting in the poly bush first on both sides and then pushing in the metal barrel. Maybe I should have put in the metal barrel first then the rubber bushings so the spread pattern is different.   It's fixed (for now).
    • Just redid that entire job. 4 hours, but tightened everything properly. Had to jack the rotor instead of having the car on blocks as there was no room for the FUCA arms to tighten and the j arm. All good now. Cheers for the help!
    • I would sell those side feeds before you hydra-lock a motor. I won't say too much about Yellow Jackets because I'll hurt people's feelings, however ask those that tune RBs day in/out what they think of them.
    • The 1000ccs are side feeds but they're not currently installed, had my old factory ones in for leak testing purposes, only decided on them because front facing plenums and good top feed rail kits are out of my budget at the moment, are they really that problematic? Had a set of yellow jackets that lasted me 5 years, no real issues, only replaced them chasing this misfire issue that ended up not being ignition related 😄
    • Are those 1000cc side feeds? If so, that's part of your problem. I have 1480cc and they idle at stoich on 98RON, and all the way to E85. Also your coil packs.....
