Need Help! How The Hellll Do I Remove An Rb25 Neo Head?!

R34 neo, everything is off but the head won't budge? Head bolts undone, is there any trick to it? I'm dumb founded

Two small 10mm bolts at the back corners of the head, and one small 10mm bolt at the front left corner of the head. They can be hard to see.

And the head is probably "sealed" on. Can take a light tap to remove it sometimes after the above screws are undone.

Edit: Just remembered, there are also locators on the head to stop it being able to slide sideways. It can help to bolt the exhaust manifold on and use it as a handle to pull the head up.

mine was pretty stuck on too after 90thou k's. and cos i'm only a wee fella i used my engine crane and spreader beam to lift it ever so slightly and it just popped off. but yeah don't forget the 3 little 10mm bolts. personally tho I wouldn't refit the front 10mm. If that's not fitted then in future if ever have to remove the head again (like I did) You can then take pull it off with out having to remove the cam pulleys and covers etc. just my 2cents.

Yeh the two bolts at the back are easy, the one at the front is a farkin pain in the ass.
