All done guys, my exhaust guy let me borrow his and lubricant! Hole was cut in about 1 minute...

Front mount installed, now just need to make the front bar look better and not have random uneven cuts :D

Don't cut it to fast. I have seen plenty 3in hole saws burn out from going to quick (the cutting tips melt). Use on low speed with cutting oil or lubricant and take your time. I use 3in punches rather than hole saw

I used a bunnings holesaw at high speed and with good force for some time all it did was make a shiny circular mark. Then I swapped it for a drill bit and with endless cursing n swearing managed to make holes all round the circumference and punch it out.
