my mates r33 4 door needs a new rebar from accident, when he went to take it off, it comes off easy one side no problem, but the bolts on the other side will not unscrew,

they seem rounded or something, Can anyone suggest anything to remove the two bolts holding the one side of the rebar?

and if i asked something silly, im sorry just asking!

ANY help will be appreciated.

Cheers

are they rounded, as in can't get a spanner to grip on them? or is the thread stipped so they just spin and won't come out? if they are rounded, then get some vice grips on them. if they are stripped, try to get a screw driver in between the head of the bolt and the body. then try undoing the bolt while trying to lever the bolt out at the same time

vice grips definitely if the bolt is rounded or if there is limited working space for vice grips you can always use a solid screwdriver & rubber mallet or a hammer to knock it loose, but make sure you position the screwdriver in the right direction ;)
