Spooling/bov Sound

Hey all,

Me and my mate were having a discussion today about why my stock r33, doesnt make any BOV sounds and why my spooling is very quiet, i was to think mabye it was because i am running stock boost, therefore not much pressure to make much noise, however my mate thinks it could have to do with my stock airbox, i was just wondering how would i make my BOV louder? i put my mates blitz BOV too see how it sounded and still couldnt hear anything at all.

Stock airbox is muffling all the sound.

Yep.

Take the lid off the airbox. There should be a spongey, pillowish thing in the lid that you want to remove.

Remove it.

And if you want more sound, do the "HIGH BOOST MOD." <------------(((( click there.

These things should give you a little more noise, and as a bonus, you get some more boost for Free.

- Remove airbox and replace with a pod filter

- Dump exhaust off before muffler

Chuck a pod on it and ZUTUTUT

Just understand it will possibly run worse then using a stock airbox.

leave the bov stock, and just forget it exists.
