What Wheels Are These?

Hey guys, can anyone tell me what these wheels are? The only info my mate could give me was they are 17 inch from rays engineering. I'm looking to buy them as he doesn't need them. Got a another spare set when he bought the car and is looking to get rid of them. Any help would be great

Usually it's just a sticker and they peel after time unfortunately
