Does anyone know the pattern to bolt up the pressure plate I think its a star pattern but not sure ??

Just do them evenly.

I normally start with the middle three, then follow around with the rest all a turn at a time.

This had been an endurance challenge for you huh? have you aligned the clutch with a tool etc? If so, yes you can torque it up that way but best to pull it down evenly (if that makes sense)
